OneNote 2010 collapse all section groups

I see many people asking for this, but no solid answers:

Opening a new notebook, all of the section group tabs are expanded, revealing sub-section-groups and sections.

Is there a way to collapse *all* of the top-level section groups without having to click the [ - ] on each section group (which is a miserable pain when there are 100's of them).

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I've searched high and low, and I think that is the answer - you simply can't do it.  There are a lot of people complaining about it for the same reason.  It's like buying a file cabinet and leaving all the drawers and folders open!
