Can someone please advise whether or not I would be able to do the following? I have attached an example of what I am looking for.<br />
I have a database that exports info into excel but the problem is that it is exporting several dog species into one cell where as I need them all to be separated.<br />
Is there any way that a formula could read the contents of one cell and then break up the info into separate cells on another sheet?<br />
For example on the ‘data’ tab cell A3 has both cattle dog and poodle in it. I would like for that info to be separated as shown on the ‘example’ tab so that it has a 1 for poodle, 1 for cattle dog and 0 for any other species that are on the example tab but not in cell A3.<br />
