I exported the report in txt format and then opened with Excel and changed text to columns and used fixed width to select appropriate widths and produced a nice Excel spreadsheet with exactly what I wanted.<br />

I got a large Access database to manage and one big concern is who has which permissions.<br />
It is a huge job to go through all groups and jot down where they have which permissions.<br />
I whish for a method to have Access create this list for me.<br />
