Offset Formula

Hi Experts,

I would like to request Experts help. How to offset this Formula “=IF(COUNT(D2:P2),AVERAGE(D2:P2),"")” at Column Q (Chart sheet). The main reason is to make sure “Line Chart B” at Chart2 sheet  (Red line) only display the value if the cell at Column Q (Chart Sheet) with value. Currently the line fall down. Hope Experts will help me to fix this. Attached the workbook for Experts perusal.
