Windows 2008: How to provide it with windows user auto log?

HI experts!

I use Windows 2008 Server. I’m interesting – how can I make it when computer is power on to do auto login of Windows user (Administartor, and execute the BAT files in Startup folder). I’m interesting both of MS way and other not official way, I have no options to rewrite all software to work like service … but will be best if I’m abale to provide setting that in case of restart of server all start to work without any human intervation.

Thanks!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
