allow other Outlook user to view the calendar
If I want another user to view my outlook calendar, should I just right-click my calendar --> Share calendar --> then send to whoever I want to view my calendar???
OR
Give permissions at the mailbox level for the user as Reviewer and alo give permissions for the user at the calendar level as Reviewer too?

The first option will give the same result as manually setting calendar permissions to reviewer.

what do you mean ?? is the first option too much open, and the other user will be able to read both my emails and calendars?

if you share your calendar and send that message to the the recipient to view your calendar.
is this going to be permanent and they will be able to view your calendar until you remove the sharing permissions, or it will be just like a snapshot for one time and then if you make any changes to your calendar they won't be able to see the new updates?.
