How to make templates using TXT files.

I am printing AS/400 screen as txt file format (softcopy- on desktop using same pre-defined txt file).

The issue is that every time when I like to print the target TXT file, I have to change the setting.
For example: to print I have every time to change the Orientation page to Landscape, Margins, font size.. etc.

Is there any way to save the txt file setting, as we have in MS.Word as a template.

Thank you.

Note: am using windows client. (end user).

Just go into the preferences of your printer (in Control Panel) and set its default to Landscape - this should sort you out
