What ports does Exchange Server 2007 use on the LAN?

We are setting up some ACLs for communications between VLANs on the network.  I want to keep things as tight as possible and only loosen up if we have to.

Since we use an exchange server on our network, what ports have to be able to communicate with Exchange?  I am primarily interested in the ports needed for Outlook to communicate with Exchange.

Thanks!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
