Remote Desktop users: remote control their sessions

I hope someone can help...

We have Terminal Servers, on Windows 2008 R2. Before upgrading to R2, I could right click on a users ID from the Terminal Servers Manger window, and choose 'remote control', thus I could see their session, and offer support...

But, with 2008, R2, we constantly get errors (two images attached here)

I would appreciate it if anyone could shed some light on this issue. Thanks in advance

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I think I've figured it out!

When you select the user to remote control, and you're choosing a character to use to exit the remote session, you can't just choose something, you MUST choose it from the drop down box. Doing so, it works!!!

Thanks for all the help.
