Exchange 2007 Public Folder referral

My company will be physically moving one of our Exchange 2007 servers to another office and we're wondering if public folders will still be accessible to users at the old location using the Exchange server that is located at a third location. This second server will be online through the whole move, but all of the users' mailboxes are located on the store on the first server.

We don't plan to move mailboxes or change their primary Exchange server. Will Outlook clients in Offline mode be able to reach public folders on the remote server?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Err no, if their server is down then they will be in offline mode and won't be able to access anything
