Xen Desktop 5 Desktop Appliance Lock

Hi People,
I wonder if anybody can offer any advice.
I have successfully installed and is working fine a full Xen server and clients.
We are using Xen centre 5.6 sp1, Xen Desktop Studio 5.0 and having issues trying to get the desktop appliance lock working.
After installing the online plugin full and connecting to a virtual machine, I then install the desktop appliance lock which appears to install all OK and asks me to restart the machine but nothing has changed and the machine starts up as usual!
I’m trying this on a non domain joined XP pro machine which doesn’t us e any credentials to startup and is sitting within a domain that the Xen installation is within.
The version that I’m using are 12.1 for the online plugin and appliance lock.
I really just want the user to just be presented with a logon box that takes then directly to the virtual machine and have no interaction with the XP machine under the desk.
You help is appreciated.
Many thanks in advance

I believe domain membership is a requirement for th lock to work properly. Also I believe that local admins are excluded from the desktop lock.
