Typically once the cards are activated, no username/pw is required... all you need is the correct number to dial, and that should be either *98 or *99 - those are the only 2 numbers I'm aware of for GSM/HSDPA data-only connections. (CDMA/EV-DO uses #777, for what it's worth.)<br />
