AT&T 3G Card Setup on Sonicwall NSA 240

Hello,

We have a AT&T 3G Sierra Wireless 881 card using an account in the USA.  We need the configuration instructions for our Sonicwall with an AT&T account.

Thank you for your help.

i'm not familiar with the carrier configuration, but these links might help. the first is a link to carriers supported with your 240. the second is how to configure it on the 240.

Typically once the cards are activated, no username/pw is required... all you need is the correct number to dial, and that should be either *98 or *99 - those are the only 2 numbers I'm aware of for GSM/HSDPA data-only connections. (CDMA/EV-DO uses #777, for what it's worth.)

I need to populate the APN field for the card to work.

Do you know the APN settings for AT&T in North America?

Thank you.
