Go to System manager &gt;&nbsp;Global Settings &gt;&nbsp;Message Delivery and right click for properties. Select Recipient filtering and add the email address you want to block. <br />

Just saw that you said this is for Exchange 2007. The procedure I gave is for 2003, but there should be an equivalent in 2007.
