Jrun uses most of my CPU

My pages are running very slow. Whn I go to the logs I do see the error  java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded

Please help Configure CF sever

You need to tune your garbage collection, have a read of the following

Also check that your codes not creating an excessive number of objects

Server is trying to allocate more memory and when it exceeds the given configuration it fails. so either increase the memory of the server.
