SQL update text in the middle of nvarchar(max) field

Hello all,

I have a table with about 2.5 mil records that contain HTML string.  I need to update text in the middle of the feild, but I am unsure how to update just that peice of text.   Example...

<1500 random characters>\server1\<more random chars>

What I want to update is server1 to sql1 while retaining all the other random chars before, and after.  Would any one be able to give me a quick hand on that?

Thank you
