Print Test Page to network printer from printername in textbox VB.NET 2003/2010 Exp

Hi Experts,

I wish to bypass printer properties and print a Test Page beased on printer name in a textbox.

So in my WINFORM... I have a textbox and if I wrtie \\printerserver\printer and click Button...

a testpage will print to the target printer.

Is the printer installed on the computer? A test page is like any other page but its a specific template. You can print your own template of test page.

Yes, the network printer would have to be mapped locally first before test page can be sent to it.
