How can I allow my users to create a reoccurring meeting scheduled for more then 180 days?

Currently, I have user's that have attempted to created meeting requests that are ongoing and reoccurring and when they attempt to create one of these:

When: Occurs every 2 weeks on Tuesday effective 4/5/2011 until 12/13/2011 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada).
Where: Boardroom

Upon submission of this meeting request, exchange replies with this message:

Your meeting request was declined.

The end date of this series of recurring meetings is too far in the future. This resource can only be scheduled up to 180 days in advance. The end date must be before 9/25/2011.

All times listed are in the following time zone: (GMT-06:00) Time Zone
_____

My QUESTION is this and I've looked high and low for the actual place to change this 180 day restriction/limit as well as looked up and down online and have pretty much exhausted all my confidence in finding where I need to go or what I need to do to make this change happen.

Anybody out there know how to change this seemingly simple configuration on Exchange 2007 Standard?  OR... CAN it be changed at all on the standard version?

Thank you for your time and reading this.  Have a great day!
:-)

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
