Wow I have never seen that happen in 500 plus users. &nbsp;Sure enough I logged in as the user and setup a email box and bam all the rights came up. &nbsp;Thanks for the fast find saved me a bunch of time and got your self some points.<br />

Running a 2003 AD and Exchange 2003. &nbsp;Just today I created a new user like normal and told the wizard to make an exchange box. &nbsp;It acted normal but after 4 hours the user is not seen in Active directory and when I look at their user properties / Exchange rights it only have SELF listed and not the normal set of rights on the email box.<br />
