Wireless Bluetooth mouse continuous disconnection

Dear experts,

I have a Logitec wireless bluetooth mouse. Its problem is that every half an hour it disconnects then reconnects again in 30 seconds.

Sometimes it refuses to reconnect again completely and i have to unbind then rebind it again from bluetooth devices.

Please help.

Regards,

yes many times. now the battery is brand new and still the same problem
If you are not having any other issues with the PC, it may be time to replace the mouse.

Do you have another bluetooth mouse to test out that theory?
Have you tried if the problem happens on other PCs?
Have you tried to removing  the bluetooth radios in the device manager and reinstalling it again.

The mouse is new. and it's doing this since day one.

I didn't try it on another machines. May be it's the bluetooth driver problem in my pc.

i tried reinstalling it many times. same problem
The problem could be due to the mouse or the software/hardware on your machine.

Suggest to test the mouse on another machine.
If the mouse works fine on another machine then its surely the problem with your drivers or hardware on
the laptop.

I would remove all the drivers in the Bluetooth Radios. Then shut the machine down.
On boot up the machine will install the necessary drivers.

Good luck!
