steadystate will not uninstall, can not access usb

I was testing Microsoft Steadystate and then attempted to remove it through control panels add/remove programs.  Steadystate did not fully uninstall, and my usb ports are blocking usb drives, but not mice etc.

How can I either:
Fully uninstall Steady State getting my usb's back  to normal
Just get my USB ports accessing thumb drives again?

I was able to uninstall steady state with a demo version of "Your Uninstaller!" but I am still unable to use my USB ports for Thumb Drives.  I suspect it did something in the registry and was not changed during the uninstall.

Any help is appreciated!

Check the value in the registry at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\UsbStor  for the Dword 'Start' is 3  (“Start”=dword:00000003)

Then reboot to check there's no SteadyState effect.
