When have more process are running then they acquire space in msdb. So, execute package accordingly.

Ensure that msdb database can grow. Reason for that is autogrow is disabled or you have no more free data space on disk.

Yes, msdb database setting are ok.
I'm getting this error if I try to save this and it is running successfully if just run the package and not to save it.

That is correct.  You either need to allow autogrow or you have run out of disk space on the drive that msdb is located.
