Exchange Server MSExchangeDSAccess

This problem just seemed to start for no real reason. Here are the event ids that I'm getting:

id 2114
process MAD.EXE (PID=2244). Topology discovery failed, error 0x80040a02.
id 2102
process MAD.EXE (PID=2244). All Domain Controller services in use are not responding: myserver.dcmyserver.local
id 1053
windows cannot determin the user or computer name. (the rpc server is unavailable.) group policy processing aborted.
id 2114
prosess EMSMTA.EXE (PID=2968). topology discovery failed, error 0x80040a02

its a dell poweredge running windows exchange server 2003 r2.

here is what i dont get. anyone that is using a pc on the network outlook works fine. send and recieve and connections are fine. however, anyone using a mac has their connections lost to the mail server. sometimes system manager opens on the server, other times it does not. restarting the server clears this up, but only for a short time and it all starts again. could there be a hardware issue with the network cards? or is this something else? when i read the microsoft explaination about this it doesnt seem to fit my problem as only mac users are the ones having problems.

these are the other that seem to start the entire process of connection lost with mac users:
id 2114
prosess STORE.EXE (PID=2992). Topplogy discovery failed, error 0x80040a2.

id 2114
Process IISIPM5D44A1B0-6126-44B9-A782-15909DEDF1D0-AP
EXCHANGEAPPLICATIONPOOL (PID=4720). Topology discovery failed, error 0x80040a02

any help would be great!

Are you also seeing any Kerberos errors? I have seen this when the Exchange server cannot re-register itself in DNS.

would that show up in event viewer? and if not how do i find out? i did add the email server to exchange services group in AD and there were some tasts that might be conflicting with each other from the DC server to mail server. I spread those out some more and now im just waiting to see if it happens again. it's just weird that only mac user using entourage lose connection. everyone else using outlook still work fine.
Justin OwensITIL Problem ManagerCommented:
Yes, it would be in the Event Viewer.  I cannot really address Mac/Entourage errors with any level of precision, as I have just not dealt with them enough.

would those errors be a default to see or do i need to change the level on what errors to show? and if they would show as default then no there aren't any.

They would be default.  You would not need to change anything.
