Remote Desktop Not Working

I have windows a 2003 Server with SP2
Just recently I was unable to use Windows Remote Desktop to access the server as administrator.
When I try to connect I get this message {the remote session was disconnected because there are no Terminal Server client access licenses available for this computer}
When I go to the server I see a popup that reads
{This computer is past its grace period and need to connect to windows server
2003 terminal server license server; otherwise, terminal server will stop
Working. click here to lunch terminal services configuration tool to assign a
Valid license server, but the server has been working normal for more than a 2 year without any problem.

you need to go on your server and go into terminal services manager identify what users are logged on and if any sessions are shown as disconnected you need to right click that user and log them off since they did not fully log off of the terminal session.
On client machine
Start
Run
type "regedit" and click ok

navigate to "hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\mslicensing"

backup up the whole folder "mslicensing" by right clicking on mslicensing folder and click on export. save to your desired location

once backup is done delete "mslicensing" from regedit

close regedit

Now try to remote desktop
