I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You should be able to set it using group Policy, or on each printer on the print server.
How many printers do you have?

I have 15 printers.  I saw instructions for going to local desktop and selecting server properties and unchecking box for local printer notification and network printer notification.  Since I only have a few users who are annoyed by the notifications, I will try this.   Thanks.
