Remove Symanetc Endpoint protection from all computers on the network

Is there a network uninstalled or this must be done manually? I never see one so I'm concerned if I need to remove hundreds of agents from all PCs to replace with AVG. Is there a script that will do it if Syamntec or third paty free tool is not available?

Thank you for advise

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I have done this by following what is on this link, granted it isn't word for word due to version differences but it works:

I found the key in Windows 7 so I ran this locally first and remotely

MsiExec.exe /norestart /q /x /I{D689B418-235A-4290-A0A5-A75E490E0351} remove=all

it starts the msiexec but nothing happens

You will have to run it in a administrator command line

Below is one more application remover for Symantec products, this from Sun Belt Software who have created Viper and GFI.

As per the site mentioned above this removal tool for McAfee can remove the following:
Endpoint Protection versions 8 through 12, including Small Business Edition, Network Agent and Live Update

I hope that would help
