website analyzer tool

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a tool / program that will analyze a website from a perspective of a potential re-design.  There are many for SEO and traffic, but I'm more interested in something that can run through a site counting links, pages, images etc.  This information is valuable when figuring up a quote for a complete redesign of an existing website.  Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

You could use something like Cog Tool.

You enter the current navigation settings for the website and it will inform you how long a standard user will take to perform tasks on the website.
You can then re-design it and show the improvement in usability to the site with your changes.

As for checking links, broken images etc you can use one of the following:
