Reading a 'live' excel spread sheet into a webpage

I have an Excel 2003 spreadsheet that gets updated regularly.

I would like the most current version of the spreadsheet to be read into the webpage every time, without having to save each version as a webpage first.

I have made a version of the webpage that loads the spreadsheet into it, but it's interactive.  Is there a way to remove the interaction?

I have create a vbscript html program to pull the data from an Excel file ti website. You can take a look the codes and modify it by yourself. Put the html and Excel inside the sale folder and then open the index.html.
Index.xls
Index.htm

Let the server (computer) where the spreadsheet resides check for updates and push the HTML version out when required. VBA or C/C++ coding required but not hard.
