How do you send a web email in C#

I am looking to send a web email in C# and asp.net.  What I would also like to include in this email is the following format in the body.

Name of sender sent the following message:

body of email

the code above uses gmail remote server for sending mails to any id or any address. in example i've added gmail add fo reciever but it can be yahoo or hotmail or any other
