I have set up a test joomla site with a new database and folder...however the live site updates my tests cart?

Hey There,
Something really freaky is going on...
If you go to this site here

You will see there is a shop.
It has its own databasae and files

I have set up a copy of this site here http://www.maxtemp.com.au/upgrade
It is using a completely different database and different site files.

If you update one of the carts in either site, its shown in the other...

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi there
Does the database for the test site contain any data at all?
Try logging in to the database with phpmyadmin and check.

To me it sounds like both sites are using the same database.
are you using the same database for both - try using different browsers so seperate sessions are stored
