Set margins for HTML emails in Outlook 2010
I would like to set margins for emails that I generte or reply to in Outlook 2010, using the html format.

I want to set margins, using the html format, when writing an email so that the text does not get misaligned with the footer that I use.

Basically the outlook applies formatting from Word Normal.dot template. If you want set the margin specifically, then you have edit the Normal.dot template file. the same will be applicable for your word document also.
