cannot remove a server that is a target bridgehead, when trying to remove last Exchange server 2003.

I have this error and need some help.  Here is what I have done so far.

This server was a DC  and Exchange Server 2003.
I also had another DC that was the master.
I installed Exchange 2007 on a third server a few years ago and all ok.

I removed DC from this server.
I installed a new DC server.
I am trying to remove Exchange 2003 and I am at the point of un-installing Exhange 2003.  I have done all the pre-requisites etc.
I get this error.  "cannot remove a server that is a target bridgehead for a routing group connector"

I have had a look in sites and services and have a few questions.
I have 3 servers listed here, should this server have been removed as it is no longer a DC?
None of the 3 servers have anything in Prefered bridgehead server boxes.

Should I remove this server from this list?
or just setup a prefered bridgehead with another server?
do I put both IP and SMTP in as prefered, as niether of these DC's are my Exchange 2007 server.

As you see I am a bit confused, please can anyone help.

Thanks Terry

Have you used dcpromo to demote the server as a domain controller?

thanks for help.
I cant remove the bridgehead from the 2003 server, it say's I need a newer version of ESM.  I have searched this and there doesn't seem to be one.
But it seems I need to remove the routing group from 2007 server.  But I cant find it in EM.

found this one, and removed the routing groups using 2007 exchange management shell.

Now I have to find the 2003 disk!
