Remote access to local security policy

does anyone know of a way to access/modify the local security policy on a remote machine in a domain setting

basically i need the same level of acces as if i were to
•Click Start
•Click Control Panel
•Click Administrative Tools
•Click Local Security Policy
sitting in from of the remote system

Start - Run - Type MMC

Add the 'Group Policy Object Editor' and type/ browse the name of the computer you want to configure...
