If you are referring to Windows username the use this

UserName = Environ("USERNAME")

If you are referring to Office username then use this

UserName = Application.UserName

You should create a new macro for your book and then paste this macro. All you have to do is in the cell that you want full name enter the formula

=fGetFullNameOfLoggedUser()

and that's all.

If you work in office 2007 and later you have to enable macros in Excel, click in circle on the upper left, then excel option - trust center - click button trsut center setting - macro setting and enable

Yes, maybe it can be optimized, but only paste it in vb editor for macros and you get it.
