Keyboard and Mouse idle Activity Monitoring Software...

I am looking for a program that will monitor for idle mouse and keyboard activity, when it reaches a certain point it will run a script to kill/shutdown a program. I was using idle monitor 1.0, a free product and it works great, only monitors for idle mouse. If you are typing along it kicks them out of the program if the time has been met. If you have any questions feel free to drop me a note. Thanks.

Use Task Manager to capture idle login session.  When session is idle, SHUTDOWN -r -t 0 -f
And reboot OS
IF kill the program, it may be difficult to achieve.

I have done it with the idle monitor program, it allows me to call a vbscript file when the idle time I set has been met. The only issue I am having is that the software is not seeing keyboard activity so when it gets to my set time it is closing the VMView program.
