I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You're not going to see local administrator membership from AD. That is on the local machines.
By default, the Domain Admins group is a member of Local Administrators on machines if the machine is joined to the domain.

Other than that, you would have to query every computer for local admin memberships.
Or is that where you're headed with this request? Of course the PCs would have to be on to do it...
