Is there a way to transfer a Sharepoint 2.0 Services website or page to a new Sharepoint Fondation 2010 Server?

We are running an old, rudimentary "Intranet" on an old 2003 server with Sharepoint 2.0 Services.  It consists of maybe 4 Sharepoint pages, most of which are just document libraries, and I don't mind rebuilding them from scratch.  There is one page though that a department manages, and I was wondering if there's a way to transfer it over to the new server without having to rebuild the whole thing.  This page contains hundreds of docs, links, and a very busy calendar.  Was hoping for maybe an Export/Import kind of feature...?  Yay?  Nay?  Thanks.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

you will need to export the content and import to the new site

unfortunately, you can't do this as one site, or one chunk.  each area needs to be exported.

for example, lists (calendar, links, etc) can be exported to Excel.

and you can download the files from libraries.
this tool may help with the file extraction from libraries:
