Any idea what the attached error means?

Has anyone ever seen this error before?  I am installing Exchanger Server 2010 Enterprise on Server 2008R2 Enterprise.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are you installing from a DVD?
The install is looking for C:\EXCH201064 and reports Source file not found.

No, I copied it to the C: drive of the server.  I am installing it to a seperate partition though.

Have you tried installing from the DVD? Some installs need to be installed from the media not just the file.
