Symantec BackupExec2010 remote agent install

I am trying to install a remote agent from Symantec BackupExec2010 trial version and it's not allowing the admin connection that has all the admin, domain rights on the domain.  Please advise.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Been my experience that the push agent doesn't push very well.

You're better off loading the agent manually on the other server.

Thank you that is what I was thinking.  If that doesn't work is there another option that I may be over looking?
I worked with BE a very long time and the push option has rarely worked as advertised.
In fact one of the BE techs told me to forget about the push agent many moons ago.
All you have to do is RDP into the affected box and run the agent install that way.
