creating form to search ser number and enter another number

hello,
if you open database- a form opens:
enter 1111 for serial number
The form fills in below-
Now I need to enter service no [ any number]-
after i enter any number- i need to create report with just that record-
I am thinking there is a better way to approach this then I am - can you help?
also my report is not working.

tjhis form, is only meant to search serial number and enter service no and create report.

Removed code in txtOne KeyDown event, added code to txtOne AfterUpdate event.

Works now ...
