Check out this document:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3550/software/release/12.1_4_ea1/configuration/guide/Swbcsup.pdf

You may want to configure some type of traffic suppression on the port that the server is connected to. This may prevent is from slamming your router.

Let me know.

Pleae any one respond me, we need to fixed this,

Please let me know any suitable way
We are facing Network problem in our Office due to high memory usage by our Application running on SQL server. There are so many Application's Jobs & Database in SQL Server running as Scheduled Wise also so many ports are being allotted for that application on UC520, Whenever We wants to access the application via Static IP & Same time Jobs are running which is configured scheduled wise on Our Server that time CPU Usage goes very High, So whenever load comes on Server due to Sql.exe also Load Come on UC520 due to many ports are opened for our Application at that time our network goes down and we are unable ping DNS Server from Locally as well as UC520 from Outside. when we restart the Server1, that time all Traffic of router makes free till services are not running again and our network works fine for a while.

Vik,

Have you considered creating some type of qos policy to police the traffic from the SQL server? How important is this server traffic. Would you be will to have some of the traffic dropped?
