Upgrade Exchange 2003 to 2010

Hi guys!

I'm looking for a step-by-step guide on how to upgrade an Exchange 2003 server to Exchange 2010.
Ok, it's not exactly an upgrade. I will install Exchange 2010 onto a Win2008r2 server. How do I move the mailboxes and settings? What do I have to change in AD? ...
AD is running in 2003 native mode, I already have added a 2008r2 domain controller.
Thanks folks!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
