Wordpress with 1&1

I am trying to follow the instructions on this webpage:http://antbag.com/how-to-install-wordpress-with-1-and-1-hosting/

But, I am not sure how to proceed after setting up wp-config.php.
I have installed Filezilla, but not sure how to move on from here. When I open it, it asks for the Server Address. Please tell me what I must enter here and how I must proceed further.

Thanks!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

When you use FTP, your server address is usually an IP address that was assigned to you by (in this case 1 to 1) or your website name.  ie if it is www.yourwebsite.com then your ftp server address is ftp.yourwebsite.com.  The username and password are also provided in this case 1to1

For FTP access with 1and1 hosting

You need to login to your 1and1 control panel and set up a FTP account ( this is not the same as your 1and1 control panel username and password)

You then need to setup your username and password for FTP.  This is found in the administration menu under Web space and access.

your server address is simply the same as your domain name eg. www.example.com

your username and password will be whatever you set up in the 1and1 control panel

good luck

I am unable to connect even now. I'm sure I have my password correct.
I have left the port number unchanged - "14147"
