Update in the following order. CAS, HUB, Edge and Mailbox.

This one is for CCR, but will give you an idea. http://www.howexchangeworks.com/2009/08/upgrading-exchange-2007-ccr-to-sp2.html

If you have Forefront installed, that has to be disabled before upgrade and enabled afterwards.

Rajith,

Are you confident upgrading from SP2 ccr to  SP3 ccr is the same as upgrading from SP1 ccr to SP2 ccr  in the link you provided?

The process is identical.

Would the scr servers be same as ccr server upgrades?
