How to push out the latest patches from WSUS server to other server 's ?

Also how do we know if we have the latest patches on WSUS server ?

The other servers/workstations will need to be configured to get there updates from the WSUS server.  You can do this by using group policy if you have a DC.. attached is a pic of the group policy settings you can use for other servers/clients.  Note the computer name toward the bottom of the GPO, substitute this with the name of your WSUS server.

The WSUS server should update just like the rest of the servers.  To be sure you have the latest updates make sure your WSUS Sync is done at least once a week.

You need to also approve the updates so they get pushed out to the WSUS group if auto approval is not set.

If you are not in a domain environment you'll need to update each machine/server manual by modifying the Local Group Policy object
