ProxMap sort

Im trying to create a program that uses ProxMap sort. Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated.

Okay. This link has a simpler example (just search the page for proxmap and you'll find it). If you are still confused after that, maybe I can shed some light (if you can be specific about what you don't understand).
