Failed to send email from outside our domain to a created distribution list email
I just tested the email address from inside our domain and it worked fine. . I tested the email using my gmail account and the test email did not work. I received this message:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
dist_orders@gatekeepersyst ems.com
Your message can't be delivered because delivery to this address is restricted.
What am I missing,
Thanks

This is what I got, Other email is working from our domain, it is only that one email distribution group I created in exchange. (recipient configuration-->distributi on groups) This is where I created it, then added the members and then tested the email address internally. That worked. Tested externally and it did not.
