CSS 'height' issue

Here's my page: http://www.andycampbellcreative.com/review/HealthStory/designA.html

Here's my issue: I want the background image in div#container to fill the browser window, but currently it's only filling up the height of div#content (760px). I've set the body height to 100% so the height of div#container has something to bite into, but that's not doing it.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

try setting the height of the "html" to 100% also.
