Sonicwall - Load balanced web traffic stops after 10 minutes

I have a Sonicwall Pro 1260. Presently there is a DSL connection using IP passthrough to the WAN port. I am trying to setup a second DSL connection on the OPT port and use 50/50 load balancing. The connection will work great for almost exactly 10 minutes, the web traffic stops. If I setup a PING, the PING continues even though web traffic halts. I had Sonicwall tech support remote on and they did not lose connection when web traffic stopped. Any ideas?  There are several VPN tunnels configured on the Sonicwall.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. What if anything do the logs on the Sonicwall report when this happens? Does the DSL connection have a fixed ip address?

The problem could have something to do with a switch in http connection due to load balancing, and no response due to this. As a test, turn off load balancing and put all your http traffic (ports 80 and 443) through the OPT port only. You can easily do this with a route ( inside network  Any HTTP Secondary Default Gateway X2,  inside network Any HTTPS Secondary Default Gateway). Define a seconday gateway on the OPT port for this.
Are your connections from the Same ISP?

I haven't had a chance to try the route to push everything through the OPT port.

Yes, both connections are from the same ISP.  I'm wondering if it's an issue with the VPN tunnels. I didn't configure the VPN tunnel with the second IP address. Would each tunnel on the other SonicWalls need the 2nd IP address in the VPN tunnel?

Sonicwall doesn't like it when both Interfaces are on the same Subnet / Gateway. .

It creates some routing conflict..  can you ask your ISP to assign you another IP Block?

Its the same problem for Site to site vpn as well.

That could be it. Both DSL connections have the same gateway. I'll let you know.
I have seen the problem with two cable modem circuits from the same ISP, where the http request goes out on one circuit and the reply comes back on the other. With typical browsing this is not an issue, but becomes one on sites where you login with enhanced security (like banks, or any other that keeps track of where the login came from). These are typically the sites that hang.

Still waiting on AT&T to change the IP address to be on a different network.
You should try DHCP on one of the other modems..   Usually they are on a completely different Block..

Make sure you power cycle the modem first..

Changed one modem to a static IP address which is on a different network than the other modem. Connection has been stable for 2.5 hours.
