Managing Windows Clipboard Access.

I am looking for a software utitlity that can manage all the various programs and add on and extensions that have access to my windows clipboard. My problem is that in certain programs or browsers the clipbaord paste actions has stopped working. there is an extension or add on that is interfering with the clipbaord functionality. I'd like to find out which program it is and disable it so I can use teh clipbaord to paste text into a web form. What utilities do you recommend? I have a Windows 7 machine 64Bit.

This is helpful. Is there a utility that can tell you which programs or processes are actively accessing the clipboard and in what sequence they do that? Sometimes the windows clipboard function stops working. I have to restart the computer to get back access. It would be good to know which process is interfering with the clipboard to cause this problem.
Clipmate does that, as I recall, and there's also an option to 'recapture' the clipboard if it gets lost.  I'd suggest you check out the ClipMate site and even email Chris Thornton for more details.
Thanks, I have clipmate operating on my system now.
Glad it worked out - thanks for the points!
