ISA server 2006 plus web monitor 2011
few web sites are not respoding to the client request . i have check with the same identical setup withour web moniter working fine . there is no restiction on the web monitor ISA server .
one is woking other not ?
any thing to do with the DNS ?
I have add my ecternal DNS as secondary in case . do we need any secondary DNS poiting to the public dns ? we have already poiting to the local DNS . this take careo the name ?

thank you for your comments. i have isa 2006 sp1 with windows server 2003 sp2 . that one is giving that TCP offlload issue(KB 948496) also in one ISA server .
nothing to do with the web moniter . I have 3 proxy server . one is linux and the other two ISA . i did the nslookup on the both servers(isa) only por domin is not resolving . hotmail ,yahoo every thing working well

I have seup the PC without going thu. proxy with external(public DNS) . site is working normal .
our web site hosted in ISP level . external users are OK plus internal direct connection also working fine.
how can i look for the issue now ? i did not do th dns flush . can you give me the corecct syntax for that .

yes . the person who did the ad/dns name as the public one . exsample company registered name xyz.com is the local domain also. I have mx record pointing to the mail.xyz.com. how can i do that . i have an idea to create the A record . www.xyz.com poiting to the web site address on the ISP ?

I got the public ip address for the web site . now i can go with the host A recrod pointing to the External ip address . I have no record poitning to the open IP address in my DNS . why we need to put this such a record ? due to the same name as the internal ?
i have attached the r record screen to comment on the creation options .Am I correct on this

okkkkk now thank you . i have selected that PTR record option as well. it gave me some error saying some thing can't create ? but host record alreay there . may be the reverse onr didn't create due to external ip ? may be
